產 品 說 明 | 一.用途及主要特點 Application and main characteristic當含塵氣流以一定的速度由進氣管進入高效旋風除塵器時,氣流將由直線運動變為圓周運動。旋轉氣流的絕大部分沿器壁自圓筒體呈螺旋形向下,朝錐體流動。含塵氣體在旋轉過程中產生離心力,將密度大于氣體的合屑甩向器壁。合屑一旦與器壁接觸,便失去慣性力而靠入口速度的動能和向下的重力沿壁面下落,由排灰管進入集塵桶。旋轉下降的外旋氣流在到達錐體時,因圓錐形的收縮而向除塵器中心靠近。根據“旋轉矩”不變原理,其切向速度不斷提高,當氣流到達錐體下某一位置時,即以同樣的旋轉方向從旋風除塵器中部,由下而上繼續做螺旋形流動,即內旋氣流,***后凈化氣經排氣管排出旋風除塵器外。1、結構簡單,器身無運動動力部件,不需特殊的附屬設備,占地面積小、制造、安裝投資較少。2、操作、維護簡便,壓力損失中等,動力消耗不大,運轉、維護費用較低。3、操作彈性較大,性能穩定,不受含塵氣體的濃度、溫度限制,對于粉塵的物理性質無特殊要求。When the dust stream at a constant speed by a high intake manifold into the cyclone, the airflow by the circular motion into linear motion.
