1）薄膜電容的額定電壓必須與本地區(qū)電網(wǎng)電壓相符合，對(duì)于某些電壓過(guò)高或者有諧波存在的電網(wǎng)，由于高次諧波，尤其是三、五、七次諧波，能量大的，危害也屬于較強(qiáng)，在配置時(shí)，應(yīng)采取措施予以避免和隔離。

2）注意運(yùn)行環(huán)境溫度。由于過(guò)高的運(yùn)行溫度會(huì)導(dǎo)致薄膜電容的電化學(xué)反應(yīng)加劇，影響自愈時(shí)的熱量消散，將導(dǎo)致自愈失敗或使用壽命短縮，因此，安裝薄膜電容器時(shí)應(yīng)避開(kāi)熱源，改善散熱及通風(fēng)環(huán)境。2) Pay attention to the operating ambient temperature. Due to the high operating temperature will lead to the intensification of electrochemical reaction of the film capacitor, affect the heat dissipation during self-healing, and lead to self-healing failure or short service life. 3）電容器柜應(yīng)設(shè)有合理的保護(hù)裝置：

①調(diào)整合適的延時(shí)及放電時(shí)間，投入與切除電容器組要配有限流及放電裝置。因?yàn)楸∧る娙輧?nèi)阻小，浪涌電流可能高達(dá)上萬(wàn)安倍，為了防止新投入的電容器受到旁側(cè)先投入的電容器對(duì)其放電，所以應(yīng)設(shè)置限流保護(hù)裝置；為了保證運(yùn)行及維護(hù)薄膜電容的安全，必須設(shè)置放電裝置；① Adjust the appropriate time delay and discharge time. The capacitor bank should be equipped with limited current and discharge device. Because the internal resistance of the film capacitor is small, the surge current may be as high as tens of thousands of ampere times. ②投切程序應(yīng)遵守先投先切，后投后切的原則；

③為了防止頻繁投切，電容器組在切除時(shí)必須保留足夠容量，作為基數(shù)組。
