Q1:What's the MOQ?
The Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for each model.

Q2: How about the payment?

 A: Payment term is by T/T (30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment).

Q3: Can we change the color based on the original?

A:Yes, the color can be customer-made according to your requirement. 

Q4:What are kinds of battery will you provide? 

A:We can provide you VRLA batteries and Stating batteries.Vrla batteries include general batteries,High-rate batteries,deep-cycle batteries,long-life batteries,front-terminal batteries,gel batteries,solar batteries.Stating batteries include  Maintenance free  batteries and dry charge batteries.

Q5:Can you print my logo on the battery cover?

A: Yes, OEM is available, you can offer your logo as you like.

Q6: Operating temperature

A: Discharge: -15--40C

    Charge: 0--40C

    Storage:-15--40C

Q7:How to maintain the battery?

A:The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using, keep it after full charge, recharge it every 3 months or 6 months.

Q8: How about the shippment?

A: The goods will be exported by GUANGZHOU PORT or SHENZHEN PORT. And delivery time is in 20 days after getting deposit for your order.

Q9:  If there are defective batteries in the warranty, what's your policy to replace them?

Please take the photos of the broken batteries for us and tell us what happen, if everything is /confirm/ied, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in the next order.

Material in stock can be produced 20days right away after pre-payment /confirm/iation. 

Delivery time is in 25 days after getting deposit. And the transportation time from China to Dubai is about 30 days arounf for LCL shipment.
